got more time in bed this morning, being a Sunday, then had a few hours of work with Borders Care service.
I cycled over to Walkerburn at lunch time to meet up with an old School friend, had a great chat about everying.
The sun had come out for my cycle home, I sat in and watched a bit of Come Dine With Me then back out for a short visit for BCS.
Home for Toad in the hole, and a movie (Away we go) with the family.
