Sunrise

One of the biggest challenges of travelling with little ones is the impact on sleep patterns. I am not sure if it is the different place, the excitement of the day or something else, but for whatever reason, the little TMGs wake up extra early when on vacation. It can be frustrating at times when you hear your name being called out at 5AM. I do the best I can to try to convince them to go back to asleep, but the results are mixed at best.

The one benefit of these early mornings is that I can see the sometimes. Most of the time, I am trying to nap while the TMGs watch TV and so don't pay attention, but fortunately, I did today.

I really like the silhouette of the mountains in the background and the weird ice shapes in the foreground. This is definitely one of my favorite sunrise images.

I returned from travelling and have back blipped the last 5 days. Check out the image and let me know what you think.

A year ago: Ironically, a very similar sunrise shot at the same location. I like this one better.
