Roslin Glen Weir

Had a stroll thought Roslin Glen today. Lots of interesting things to photograph such as the old Gunpowder factory and the ruined Mill. Just above the mill is the weir which would be more photogenic were it not for the trunks and branches which have been washed down. However there is a clear area of near vertical waterfall which has a fantastic pattern. Tried a slowish shutter speed to try to freeze the motion. Ideally need a tripod which I will try to remember next time.
