The weather for a barbi today, so fire up some charcoal and get the steak on!

So what do you do when the steak is done and all that lovely (expensive) charcoal is still blazing away in the hearth?

Some would toast a few marsh mellows then put the rest of the blazing charcoal down to the cost of a barbi.

Some would just put the rest of the blazing charcoal down to the cost of a barbi and hang the marsh mellows.

This mean old git puts the barbi out and saves the charcoal for next time!!!!

(I DID use a hose pipe . . . )
