Prepared

Another beautiful day today - though much breezier in Lincoln than in Nottingham. A fairly early return home, a ponder on the week ahead as I drove and Cerys Matthews on the car radio rather than as a background to working which is the normal Sunday morning routine. A food shop and a bits and pieces shop before getting home and cramming weekend jobs in: washing, grass cutting and eventually ironing. And a bit of lesson prep. too. Year 11 have their two English Literature exams this week; I'm hoping that providing them with a lucky highlighter will have the desired effect. Well, that and three years of teaching...
