Being positive

A very good friend gave this to me after a tough and rough time (on going) I loved it as soon as I saw it because it's so true, not just for me but for us all, I think it's safe to say that the majority of us are hard on ourselves..... This picture lives in my hall so I see it often, sometimes I stop and have a proper look at it but quite often I'm unaware that I've seen it but the words sink in just the same.
