Something I love!

I do have a real sweet tooth for cakes and deserts! And I can't help it! This was a cookie dough cheesecake I had out for dinner this afternoon when I met my mum. If happiness came on a plate then this would be it! It has made a lovely weekend even better!

After the stress of the last few weeks I have spent some time relaxing this weekend and catching up on sleep. It has been exactly what I needed too. Just so I can get my second wind for continuing with my dissertation, plus the last week of school before half term.

It's been a lovely weekend and having the sunshine made it even better!
