Vegan picnic in Oxfordshire

Delicious picnic courtesy of our very accommodating hosts who didn't mind the fact that we almost forgot to let them know that we were doing a vegan challenge for May. We then made a plan for a whole year of challenges including 'Sugar free September', 'Additives free August', 'Juice free January'.... We were not sure about all of them but who knows, maybe one year we'll do it...
