My Guru!

When I lived in Tel Aviv, Meital was my fitness instructor at the gym. She has now set up her own training business, working from home and had an hour this morning to see me. I expect it broke her heart to see how I've expanded without her!

The rest of the day was spent with my friend Beate ( who had driven me to Tel Aviv from the kibbutz ) wandering about shopping ( well, Beate shopped, but we're not to tell her husband! ) and eating.

It's not yet 8pm and I'm yawning my head off, so I reckon I'll be having an early night!
