Azelea (not mustard)

This is a deciduous Azelea in the early morning sun, which is not mustard. But decidedly hot just the same.

When I first became ill, someone sent me a bucket list of things to do before …. Things like swim with dolphins, cycle up Mt Everest, hang glide on the moon … and so on. My personal bucket list was far more restrained - more of a thimble list.

In top spot at numero 1 was just to be able to sit in my garden, early in the morning, with a cup of fresh coffee. Bliss.

This morning I sat in what we laughingly call our Summerhouse, at 7.30am with coffee and a newspaper. And my camera.

A little later on, Anniemay wandered in and brought me some breakfast. Sometimes it’s OK to think small.
