Ann In The Summer House

It's ridiculously hard to get Ann to relax, even on a weekend. She's always thinking of things to do, and rarely sits still for long. It's got slightly better since we got a summer house built at the end of the garden – it's the only place where she seems to be able to sit down and enjoy a bit of guilt-free relaxation. With the sunny weather we threw the doors and windows of the summer house open and chilled in there reading for a while.

Then later on our friends Mike and Amanda came round for dinner, and as it was still light and warm, we started the evening in the summer house with G&Ts and nibbles. Happy days. Long may this early summer weather continue...
