Had planned to go to Glasgow today, cancelled due to weather. Tonight, we went into city centre for an end of holiday supper out, came out to several inches of the white stuff. This is a view on to George Street...... not sure this photo does justice to how beautiful a scene it made.

It's a while that I remember such a prolongued, snowy spell.
