Wild Spring Feast

And this was just for starters... There were two other canapés - squirrel and pork rillettes with hawthorn and cobnut, and another cheese and jelly delight. Thereafter there was rabbit ravioli, local lamb and foraged veg, and a wild basil and wild strawberry jelly with rose ice-cream and meringue. All delicious! Plus veggie options involving dandelions and carrots.

Aren't we lucky to have such opportunities on our doorstep!!
