~6~ Protector

~Evie: 6 months old~

At any little sound, her ears perk up and body becomes stiff. She becomes soley focused on that sound (even forgetting about the toy in her mouth). She'll give a little growl and a few barks if she believes it's not a normal sound. After I go check out what she's looking at, I give her the ok to relax. Sometimes she will come sit on me, still starring in the direction of the sound with ears perked.

She's my protector. She's beautiful.


She joined our family because we really wanted a dog and my husband is in the military and is gone a lot. I feel much safer with her here with me, especially at night. No one can walk up to the house without her knowing.

She's brought so much happiness to our lives.
