Saturday night selfie

Wry smile belies the pain and the certain knowledge that another night of interrupted sleep is heading my way.

After a long day of coursework marking, overheating, a lack of tea, the electricity being off for nearly 5 hours, an FA cup final (courtesy of Uncle David visiting), a meal out with James, Lewis, Corin, Mum, Rose and David.

Entertainment of the day came from David joining me in hot flushes after he ate all of the sauce on his curry, which contained lots and lots of hot chillies. Nearly called for the gas and air as he looked like he was about to keel over!

Now sat down to a nice glass of wine and going to get my cold towel prepared for bedtime (stick it in the freezer!)

More coursework tomorrow and mucho mucho laundry.
