Cream crackered today...took the boys to golf lessons in the morning. Very colourful display of flowers on show.

I then awarded myself the remainder of the day sitting on the sofa reading...haven't had an afternoon reading in Lord knows how long.

Result of that is that I have finished my first book of 2014! That said I think I have probably done that in five sittings. Only 23 to go in the modest 24 book challenge I set my self at the start of the year. I'm banking on reading 22 of them after September 18th.

Anyway, exciting times...time to pick my next book..,
