What a lovely hot sunny day, how nice to spend all day wearing shorts :-)

A gardening and catch up day - we got some new sand for C's sandpit this morning so he dug away happily in that while I attacked the garden with gusto.

It was so satisfying pulling out weeds, thistles, grass & dandelions - and giving some great haircuts to things. The green bin is almost full now and the garden is starting to emerge beautiful and victorious again over the interloping weeds hurrah!

Potty training is now going great guns, the addition of a travel potty will add an extra dimension to things tomorrow I suspect.

Nice little lunch in John Lewis and visit to the park, with everyone going about their summertime business. Lovely.
