Dovely

Thank you to my very kind blip buddies for their thoughts for Izzy. Sadly though she went downhill very fast, and although she picked up a bit on Wednesday night, I am very sorry to report that yesterday we decided with the vet that our beautiful girl had had enough. We're not sure of the exact cause, although the best hypothesis is that the pecked eye was infected, and it was kept under wraps for a bit, but spread to her brain as she'd closed it off inside. Although in a way we're grateful it was very fast and she didn't suffer for long, we are a bit heartbroken, especially so soon after Penny. But Izzy now has a spot next to Penny in the garden. And our other ladies stood and watched quietly; they knew their friend had gone.
