Redshank

Rainy, dull day here today so we decided to nip down to the new wildlife hide beside Loch Stiapabhat to see which birdies were visiting.
The local swans have had 5 signets born today, the ringed plovers were being the 'boy racers' of the loch and we had a pair of American Widgeons (which have only been spotted here once before in the past 5 years) and this lovely Redshank!

I seem to have refound my love for birdwatching!
