Paint

15.6C and cloudy with some light showers through the afternoon. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went through to Arbroath this morning. We had a walk round the harbour. It was cloudy and dull but it wasn't hard to find some colour.

In the corner of the inner basin of the harbour three or four boats are all being painted. The most striking was Ubique with its new vibrant yellow paint. Its hull was previously red. If it is painted yellow it will be visible for miles !

Maeve and I had another walk after lunch but there was drizzle in the air so we didn't go too far.
