Collecting The Shopping

There had been a bit more snow overnight but was quite a nice bright morning.

When I was making the morning cuppa I realised just how much snow there has been (considering this has melted and compacted quite a bit).

I was pleased to see a fair bit of snow still on the roof (more than on most of the neighbours) as it shows the insulation is working.

By the time I had got the car out of the drive the sun had gone and it was soon snowing again.

After doing a bit of shopping and visiting a friend for a coffee and a natter we went to pick up No1 son who had been away taking pictures.
While we were waiting we saw a taxi come up the road and drop somebody off at this corner with all their shopping. They then got in the tractor and headed up the road that will take quite some time to clear enough for me to drive up.
