Manna.

At the weekend I like to try and experiment a bit more with food and often try out new recipes. I bought these sardines in Portugal years ago, brought them all the way home, and kept the tin because the name caught my eye. I don't know what the correct pronunciation is but it always makes me think of the biblical references to manna.
