Graffiti Protest

Graffiti in Europe differs from graffiti in America. People in Europe in general use graffiti primarily as art. There aren't any gang tags here. People would rather complain on a wall and there seems to be no gangs. I found this piece of work in Vallecas a poorer part of Madrid. It's more of a family, mid-income neighborhood.
