Monica retires

Monica's retirement do tonight. I found it so hard. This year has brought with it lots of changes. Monica and I have worked together for 20 years and I used to go to the sam Church. Lots of the old staff from the last 20 years have left this year and Liz died. Our new Head is making lots of changes and it has become a driven school to raise attainment. Work has become a stressful place and we don't get to spend as much time together as we used to. At least 2 more members of staff are due to go and a couple of others have interviews elsewhere. Making me feel a bit lost and abandoned.

I will miss Monica who is also moving to the North West.
