Azalea

What a great morning! Nice and warm, no rush to be anywhere, trees and shrubs in full bloom and of course it was Friday. End of the working week, what's not to like? Then at lunchtime I had a great neck and arm massage; much needed, I guess my posture is crap again.

We were back at the allotment this evening harvesting spinach, chives and one of the lettuces that seem to have quite happily survived the winter. They'll be making space for this year's spuds which are in the shed and chitting away. Will have to get them in soon. Then out for a few pints catching up with George (back from Turkey), D&G(now proud owners of a bag of spinach!) and Jack (gave us a lift home!!). A good start to the weekend.
