Urban quotes

A year or so ago I started coming across these hand written a4 posters stuck randomly on walls, advertising space etc... I don't know if it was someone's school art project or if it is an urban art movement - anyways, I found this one (I think it's a new one). It says: "if people would smile and start talking to you in the street, we'd be instantly happier.
