After some hot July like dry and hot weather, we finally had rain. Yesterday in the rain gauge it registered about 3 inches in a 12 hour period. The grass is now turning back to green :) It's a chilly evening though.

The late evening sun was in and out of rain clouds, it did seem to make the green even more green :)

PS. This was taken with my iphone, which when it comes to the camera I have a love hate relationship. I don't always like my photos with it and still haven't quite mastered using the camera for some reason. I'm on the fence with this one too....
