More blue flowers

It's been another lovely day although rather windy. I hoped to produce more images of bumblebees but there were hardly any in the garden and the light was not all that good. That is why you see the flower without the bee. I do like the shape of these petals.

This morning I put together Rajasthan pics in readiness for a slideshow for Margret, Guy and Frank tomorrow evening. Then took Mum to Hexham to see her hairdresser. I managed to do all my shopping in the hour she was there. I also called at Roy's to pick up my camera and purse. Don't miss yesterday's blip of the Scary Hikers whatever you do.

Called at nursery for mealworms and bought loads of plants...... as you do.

Went to Hexham Photographic Group tonight to hear Paul Alexander Knox. He talked about his photographic journey. I was particularly interested in his images of the Bangladeshi community in Sunderland which is where I grew up. The first Bangladeshis did not arrive until I was about to leave for university so I was unaware of their presence. There is now a thriving community of about 400 in the town.

May do a dawn shoot tomorrow - if I wake up that is!
