Welcome to 2010
So. I've been away for a while. Exams and other stresses took over and my blip was poorly neglected. However, I've resolved to be more consistant in 2010.
Looking back on 2009... I can only describe it as the best year of my life to date. For some reason so many good things happened - both big and small. Highlights include moving out of home and into my own flat with two amazing friends. We have become a kind of little family We eat together, socialise together, study together and have very few disputes over living arrangements and mundane domestic issues. They have been a blessing to live with.
I also spent much of my summer living in Dundee with my best friend just for a change of scenery. Summer is usually filled with part time jobs, organising clubs and camps etc. This year I decided to take a break. I spent much more time socialising, catching up with people I miss and then topped it all off with a trip to Italy with another two of my favourite girls. These are the big things but there have been plenty of smaller things too - all the summer BBQs and winter food-fests with the folk from 'Blip Central'. They've been a blessing of joy and encouragement this year. All the time spent with Band 2 has been so much fun and makes what could be a chore just a good old laugh. Long may it continue.
As for 2010? Well I have no resolutions in particular. I hope that I can make 2010 as good as 2009 and if I achieve that I shall be more than happy.
The blip? I was just thinking of all those with resolutions to be more healthy, eat better, excercise more and so on. Here's to you - may you achieve all that you have resolved to do in the coming year!
