May challenge - magnolia

A difficult challenge today - I wanted to photograph flowers of magnolia but they have all finished. So what to do - the answer came when looking out of an upstairs window of a country house hotel in Oxford. Outside was a magnificent specimen, at least 6 metres high - not in flower but apparently has been glorious, so I'll imagine it in its full glory.
