Waterperry Gardens

As it was a glorious sunny day, we decided to go over to Waterperry Gardens near Oxford. The gardens were originally part of an Agricultural College and are beautiful, especially on a day like today. They range from riverside walks next to the Thames, to meadows and orchards, and formal borders, planting and a walled garden. Lunch afterwards at a pub mentioned in the 'Inspector Morse' books; many years since we had been there and frankly, it had gone downhill a bit, but we still had a relaxing lunch. I was going to put some more pictures on Flickr but it's taking an age to upload so I lost patience. If you know where my Flickr stream is they might be there tomorrow!
