RSVP annual luncheon

RSVP is retired senior volunteer patrol. We are the mid-city group. There are groups through the city of San Diego representing the different divisions of the SDPD and all of them could use more retired volunteers. There is also a sheriffs RSVP unit & RSVP units in other San Diego county cities. We do patrols 3 to 6 days/month. A RSVP patrol delivers interdepartmental mail to DA, CA & police headquarters, we check on requested vacation homes, check on & visit YANA (you are not alone seniors) and check on home land security sites, schools, banks & shopping centers for suspicious activities. We can write disable parking violations tickets. If you are retired and would like to join older men & women in severing your community, ask at your local police station and they will put you in contact with the correct person.
