Fortunate

A very mixed day but on the upside I have finally seen the Osteopath and hopefully things will start to repair themselves. He told me not to be alarmed if I heard popping and I heard about 4 or 5 vertebrae unlock themselves like Lego bricks being pulled apart, I actually laughed at that point as it was refreshing to know my back still works. I have been told to do no more study in bed and to get my thesis complete asap in that hopefully that will mean there is less stress in my life and importantly in my neck. I need to go back two more times.

Called into the Chinese on the way home, seriously not been there for over a year and got the fortune cookie which says, "look for more outlets for your own creative abilities". .....hmmm no lottery win then?
