Sunshine all the Way.

We thought that as it is our last day down here, we would go somewhere picturesque. Houseonthehill recommended that Boscastle was worth a visit. She was right , it was beautiful.When we arrived we went to a little tea room and sat outside, overlooking the village. We had coffee, and J had a crab platter, and i had a scone with cream and jam. I couldn't leave here without sampling one could I? I will be down the gym on Monday for sure! We were then ready to walk up to the small harbour. You can see the bridge where all the water flooded through the valley in 2004. It's was hard to believe it on a day like today. We spent a couple of hours there, and i am so glad we went.Before we left we needed to spend a penny, but it cost us 2op each. We are having a quiche with salad and a bottle of Rioja tonight, and will eat it outside in the sunshine. A wonderful week, indeed.
