Old cottages

I went on a much longer walk than usual today as I'd spotted a couple of cottages that I wanted to take a photo of when we'd driven by. A Solero ice cream helped to give me the energy to do the walk! I have a very unclear history book that I've looked at, but it appears the cottages may have been built in the 1700's.

A lovely sunny day today, with just a very slight chill in the air which meant I needed a thin coat on.

I cleared the ironing basket this morning so am feeling quite virtuous! ;-)
