Who needs it ?

This lovely paperweight was a present for my sixtieth ( so it's practically an antique ha ha ).
The thing is, whoever uses a paperweight ? On the rare occasions that I'm doing anything involving lots of papers, they invariably keep perfectly still without the need to slap a great big weight on top.
Not only that, there's a sticker underneath warning you not to place it where the sun might reflect off it, otherwise your whole house could burn down. It's obviously a deadly weapon in the wrong hands.
Pretty though, isn't it ?
