Poor but Happy

Here is Picasso playing chase with his new toy: an onion from the vegetable basket. The girls and I don't have a penny to rub together, but we are so happy here.

We may not have a big, shiny silver Mercedes parked in our driveway... As certain others now do...But we have love, cuddles, baking, laughter, stories and smiles.

Today I'm immensely grateful for the important things in life: my precious girls and the strength, love and support of my family, my friends and Chris. X
