Waiting in line...

I'm sending a blip while I wait to have my haircut. These days I like to frequent BatberBarber in Barton Arcade just off St. Ann's Square in Manchester. It's an old fashioned men only barber shop that looks like it's been her for every when in fact it only opened last October/November.

The owner, Johnny, has come over from Ireland to open the barbershop. It's become something if a hit and is always busy. Rules are strict. No women. No appointments. They specialise in great haircuts, shaves and beard trims. The barbers wear proper trousers and shoes, no jeans and trainers. Standards are high at this place and I always feel slightly under dressed when I come in.

While you wait you get to talk to other guys and drink cold beer and shots of whiskey.
