Great place for lunch.

Decided to see a movie and then gravitate to an adjoining restaurant for a late lunch. I was rather intrigued to find this library of books on the wall. The waiter suggested that I could participate in the reading of any that took my interest.

Could the reason for such a collection be required to pass the time waiting for your meal to be served?
