Fight!

Walking from class to my office, I came upon the pond's resident mother duck and her ducklings on siesta in the early afternoon. I stopped to take a few pictures and had some luck snapping the ducklings and a nearby sparrow with his beak full of grubs. I had just begun to fiddle with the settings, when suddenly the mom and one of the males who had sauntered by started to go after one another, with the third duck and me looking on in astonishment. I barely had time to point and shoot. Not knowing when I'll ever witness duck attack mode again, I thought I'd better blip this one for today. :)
