Waiting

It takes about 2 to 3 weeks to build the nest.

Then it takes 1 to 2 weeks to lay the eggs, as the pen lays an egg every other day, and will lay between 2 to 12 eggs.

The swans at Inverleith Park are sitting. So now it is just a matter of waiting. About 6 weeks apparently.
