Trainspotting

Heading home from Manchester this afternoon. I had to change trains at Preston and wondered if I would be any good as a train spotter. I positioned myself at the end of the platform to catch the front of the Virgin Pendolino as it came in to the station and headed up to Glasgow.
Oops, clearly I hadn't sussed out north from South, this is actually the back end of the train. Still, just look at all the dead flies on the nose of that engine!
