Baked a lemony version of the biscuits I made the other day, then made veau aux carottes.

Pierre took my laptop to Bollène this evening! His cousin - who is an IT wizard - was going to be passing through and he picked it up off Pierre so he can fix the bloomin' thing. Fingers crossed!

Left Coquine off at mum's as we're off to Avignon for the day tomorrow.
