Ragged robin

A very hectic day at work. On balance more forward progress was made than but there were several retrograde events which keep pulling us back. Took quite a few aquilegia pictures on the way to and from work, but in the end settled for this ragged robin (Lychnis flos-cuculi) in our windflower lawn.

My cold seems to have almost receded and my various muscle aches have also mostly faded (or are fading), the sun has come out and my hay fever hasn't started (grass pollen) so things are looking up!
