Red acers

In the first garden we shared together, we planted two red acers. It was a windy spot and they often battled against the elements. We left them behind when we came to Switzerland, as we did with many of the other beautiful plants in our garden, so now we appreciate other people's acers, and gardens. This red acer is looking particularly lush after after all the torrential rain we have had this week!
