Rehearsal

Another blip of soldiers rehearsing today at the Palace of Holyroodhouse. After seeing the marines parading on Horse Wynd yesterday, today I heard the sound of a military band coming from the palace as I was coming into work.

The soldiers and the bands were clearly rehearsing for the arrival of a VIP as a car was circling round the courtyard to arrive in front of the palace as the bands played and the soldiers presented arms.

I wasn't very happy with the picture so I've mucked about with it somewhat.
