Duck Pond!

Working at home today to read the final draft of my student's doctoral research around 80K words. Been a long day but took a lunch time break back to the scene of yesterday's blip to capture a close up. I call the picture Duck Pond as that was the name the kids used when we went on walks there so many years ago.

Two chapters left to read tonight. Feedback to P tomorrow then she tidies up and submits by the end of May. Then she waits for a viva some months away. But she is nearly there. So pleased with what I have read today.

Feeling better each day so off antibiotics now so let's see how long I say infection-free this time! Fingers crossed!
