The monster in our garden ...

For the past week I have been treading very, very lightly near our entrance gate. This guy (girl?) decided it was the ideal spot for a stay-over. The palm tree on the left to which it's web is attached, is more or less 10ft tall and the honored guest, about the size of a saucer (a big one!). Totally fascinated, with goosebumps so intense it hurts, a took a quick few pictures. Will keep an eye on this one!
