Roses in the rain

Throughout a very wet day and evening, this was the only picture I took when I popped out for a caffeine fix in between showers (and meetings!) There is an abundance of these lovely roses planted in the central reservation of a fairly main road and they still managed to give off a beautiful scent.

It's all downhill to the weekend now though Blippers

The sharp thorn often produces delicate roses.
