Plenty of Water

The last time I blipped Yosemite Falls it was dry, but today, in spite of the drought, there is a wonderful amount of granite fresh water tumbling into the valley. I rode my bike around the Park while MrS took a long hike up to the top of Vernal Falls. Some of my time was spent sitting by the Merced River, trying to make a watercolor of the view, but I'm not very skilled at it and the result is pretty muddy. The medium doesn't lend itself to all the erasing and scrubbing I do on my pictures, but I had a lovely time sitting by the water.
